Account Ownership Policy

1. Account Ownership

Accounts on UnfoldWings services are owned by the organization specified during the registration process, provided it is a legally registered entity. For unincorporated organizations or individual accounts, ownership resides with the natural person who completed the account registration.

2. Primary Account Management

The individual who initially creates the UnfoldWings account is automatically designated as the Primary Account Administrator. While this role can be reassigned, the ultimate ownership of the account and all associated data remains with the registered organization or individual owner as defined in Section 1.

3. Business Accounts

For business accounts where the customer is a company, corporation, partnership, association, or other legal entity:

• The account and all data within it are considered property of that legal entity
• Account access rights are subject to the entity’s internal governance
• Changes in organizational structure or ownership must be formally notified to UnfoldWings

4. Legal Authority

UnfoldWings reserves the right to:

• Verify account ownership claims
• Request documentation proving legal entity status
• Transfer account control pursuant to valid court orders or legal requirements
• Freeze accounts in cases of ownership disputes until resolved

5. Jurisdiction

This ownership policy is governed by French law. Any disputes regarding account ownership shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
