By subscribing to UnfoldWings services, you explicitly:

Service Cancellation Process

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Send an email to cancel​@unfoldwings.com with:

    • Subject line: “Subscription Cancellation - [Account Name]”
    • Your account email address
    • Company name (if applicable)
    • Reason for cancellation (optional)
  2. Important Requirements:

    • Email must be sent from your registered account email address
    • Include your account ID if known
    • Requests from non-registered email addresses will not be processed
  3. After cancellation request:

    • You will receive confirmation within 2 business days
    • Service continues until the end of your paid period
    • No partial refunds will be issued
    • You have 30 days to export your data
    • Account will be permanently closed after 30 days
